Plymouth Latch-On groups can offer mum’s information, practical support and guidance during pregnancy and beyond.

Virgin Care run support groups across Devon to help provide information and support for breastfeeding enquiries.

The feeding your baby initiative provides care to parents and expecting parents across Devon. This is part of the baby friendly initiative project that is supported by health visitors and children centre’s county wide.

Great Expectations - Plymouth
Great Expectations is a six week antenatal programme that takes you through your pregnancy as a journey.

The programme supports you as parents in making healthy lifestyle choices during pregnancy and for your baby; how enjoyable and important it is to talk and communicate with your bump and new born baby. Making informed choices about your labour and birth options, infant nutrition and supporting you in making the right choices for your baby and family.

The Great Expectations antenatal sessions are held within your local Children Centre and delivered by parenting experts, Midwives and The Health Visiting service.

It is an opportunity to ask those questions you have wanted to ask, meet and talk to other parents and meet the professionals.
