The Freedom of Information Act 2000 gives a general right of access to information held by NHS Northern, Eastern and Western Devon Clinical Commissioning Group (NHS NEW Devon CCG), subject to certain conditions and exemptions as detailed in part II of the Act.
Any person may request information in writing, stating the name of the applicant, an address for correspondence and a description of information requested and how information is to be supplied.
The applicant has the right:
To be informed in writing whether NHS NEW Devon CCG holds the information,
to have that information communicated to them within 20 working days if NHS NEW Devon CCG holds the information

When you make your request please tell us whether you want information about the Northern, Eastern or Western Devon locality, or for all three of them or any combination of the three.
Please do be aware that we are able to refuse requests for information if it would take longer than 18 hours or cost £450 to source it. This is true whether you are asking for information about one or all three of the localities we cover. These limits apply to any and all requests made by one individual or organisation in a 60 working day period. The CCG will offer reasonable advice and assistance to revise or narrow the request so that it can be processed within these limits.
