  • Information videos to let the public know what we're up to. These can include services, programmes of work and other initiatives,
  • Videos in support of campaigns, pledges and events,
  • Patient experience videos to highlight issues, celebrate good care and can influence the decisions we take.

Best practice for patient participation groups (PPG)

Patient Participation Groups are made up of a group of volunteer patients, the practice manager and one or more of the GPs from the practice. They meet on a regular basis to discuss the services on offer, and how improvements can be made for the benefit of the patients and the practice.

Stroke Early Supported Discharge and VISTA Services - Ian and Joan's Story
