Previously, all South Devon shared care guidelines were published in a single document.

Some South Devon shared care guidelines have recently been reviewed and updated, these guidelines are available as standalone documents.

Previously, all South Devon shared care guidelines were published in a single document. The publication of updated standalone guidelines means that older information which conflicts with the updated guidelines needs to be redacted from the original document. We expect this to be completed shortly; in the interim, if you need any South Devon shared care guidelines that are not available via the link above, please email the formulary team at D-CCG.DevonFormularies@nhs.net detailing which medicine and the indication/specialty.

Archived guidelines

A number of shared care guidelines have been archived, and are available for reference only.

Some of these guidelines are no longer supported by local specialists due to changes in medical practice or service provision.

For others, CCGs are not the responsible commissioners for these treatments; these services fall within the specialised services commissioned by NHS England.  Guidance should be provided to GPs by specialist services if requests are made to share care.
